Two decades of property leadership
Adam has worked in the property industry for more than 20 years, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors. His experience spans development management, investment, planning approvals, and sales across a diverse mix of asset classes. He has led complex rezoning processes and State Significant Development (SSD) applications in NSW, notably the rezoning of the Cherrybrook Station Precinct in partnership with Sydney Metro and the Department of Planning, and has managed compliance and modifications for major urban renewal projects at Castle Hill, Kellyville, and Bella Vista.
His project portfolio includes the delivery of over 750 residential lots from greenfield sites across South East Queensland and NSW; the purchase, repurposing, DA approval, and sale of a challenging site in Chiswick; and the development concept, approval, and partial delivery of the Central Coast Mariners Centre of Excellence. Adam works closely with government agencies, delivery authorities, and consultant teams to progress large-scale projects from concept through to approval, with a strong emphasis on practical stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, statutory requirements and delivery timeframes.
His background also encompasses the delivery of non-residential projects for both sale and lease, with responsibility for commercial office developments across NSW, ACT, and Queensland, from acquisition and refurbishment through to full lifecycle development. He brings a commercially disciplined approach to every project, with particular strength in feasibility analysis, financial reporting, and forecasting.
